Here's a little insight about the website's creator, Patrick.

Patrick Arkangelo is currently a senior in high school. He attends at Spokane Skills Center, studying a Web Development course. Patrick has lived in Spokane Washington for two years. Patrick has come from the continent of Africa, to the United States in the year 2000. 

Patrick is a close member of the community, volunteered 300 hours of community service and working his hardest to help young people become confident in being community leaders. He also works hard by keeping teens from going in the wrong direction. Since he is a positive influence on others he tries his hardest to improve the lives of local teens by giving them advices and taking the time to get to know them giving them a positive influence in life. One way he has achieved this is by creating a website known as Spokaneswhatshot.com. "Lots of my peers and people I know produce music, so the idea of building a website to help those get noticed came to mind" says Patrick.
